Clause 1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below. These meanings remain unchanged throughout the document.

• "Platform" means the tak99 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" means any adult person registered on the platform.
• "tak99" means the entity operating this platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile created by a user through registration.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit or benefit granted by tak99.
• "Real Money" means actual Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited into a user's account.

Singular terms include the plural where the context requires, and vice versa. If any clause appears unclear, tak99's interpretation shall be considered final.

Clause 2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on the tak99 platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and tak99 reserves the right to verify age at any time.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is considered a violation of the terms and conditions.
• Only one account may be operated from a single household or a single device.
• You must agree to submit any documents required for identity verification upon request, such as a national ID card or passport.

Clause 3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security and proper management of your tak99 account.

3.1 Login Credentials Security

• Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Betting on behalf of or in the name of a third party is prohibited.
• Always keep your contact information up to date in your account.

3.3 Account Verification

tak99 reserves the right to verify any account at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. To ensure a quick verification, please submit the required documents immediately after registration.

Clause 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions on the tak99 platform can be made through popular mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same for each method).
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Average withdrawal processing time: completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be suspended if verification is incomplete.

Clause 5 Bonuses and Promotions

tak99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular players. Each bonus is subject to the following general terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount. Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• If any irregular or abusive betting pattern is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The tak99 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Moving to a higher tier unlocks greater benefits.

Clause 6 Prohibited Activities

The activities described below are strictly prohibited on the tak99 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to fraudulently manipulate the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Bonus abuse — opening multiple accounts for the sole purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Attempting to introduce hacking, malware, or harmful code into the system.
• Making false claims in tak99's name or engaging in fraudulent activity against other users.
• Betting on behalf of minors or individuals from prohibited regions.

Clause 7 Limitation of Liability

tak99 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, tak99's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet connection issues or third-party network disruptions.
• Betting disruptions caused by technical errors or server downtime.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or deliberate actions.
• Issues with the user's device, software, or operating system.
• Force Majeure events — service disruptions resulting from natural disasters, war, or government directives.

tak99 is not liable in any case for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Betting through the platform is a risky activity and you are voluntarily accepting this risk.

Clause 8 Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content, designs, software, brand names, logos, graphics, and other elements of the tak99 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of tak99.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without tak99's written permission.
• Reverse engineering or decompilation of any part of the platform is prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is governed by their own respective policies.

Clause 9 Changes to Terms

tak99 reserves the right to partially or fully change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on the platform and any previous version will be superseded.

Clause 10 Account Closure and Suspension

tak99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

10.1 Closure by tak99

• In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, particularly when fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected.
• In the event of providing a false identity or documents.
• If a user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

10.2 Closure by the User

• You may contact the support team at any time to close your account.
• Please withdraw all valid withdrawable balances before closing your account.
• Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available as part of responsible gaming.

Clause 11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions apply within an international operational framework. tak99 operates as a safe and fair platform.

• The support team will review the dispute fairly and try to resolve it within a reasonable time.
